Chelsea is the Lead Support Coordinator at Collective Pathways and is admired for her empathy, passion, and commitment to achieving positive outcomes. With eight years of experience in the sector, she brings strength and proactive support to complex cases while empowering clients to reach their goals. Her genuine care and people-focused approach make her a trusted and compassionate leader within the team.
Maria Stefanovska
Support Coordinator
Maria has been a valued member of the Collective Pathways team for nearly two years and is adored by her clients for her warmth, empathy, and genuine care. With over a decade of coaching experience, she builds strong connections and supports each person to achieve their goals through a holistic, people-focused approach.
Ange Donselaar
Support Coordinator
Ange is a proud mother of seven and “Oma” to a beautiful granddaughter. Of Islander descent, she proudly supports cultural diversity. With Certificates III in Community Services, IV in Mental Health and AOD along with diverse lived experience she is calm, proactive, resilient and dedicated to making a positive difference in others’ lives.

Lilly ensures your information is organised, complete, and fully compliant, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You may receive documents from her to sign from time to time, and she’s always there to make sure everything is completed on time and handled with confidentiality and care. She supports our team with essential file management so you can get the most out of your plan while your Support Coordinator stays focused on the big things that matter most to you.

Managing Director/Support Coordinator
Amy has a mix of professional and lived experience in the area of disability and mental health. Since becoming a primary carer for a family member over 12 years ago as well as a son and daughter on the spectrum, Amy has a passion for this field.
