Jess Watson
Support Coordinator

Jess is a compassionate and dedicated Support Coordinator who is passionate about helping children, young people, and families feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout their NDIS journey.

As the parent of a child on the autism spectrum, Jess understands firsthand the challenges, emotions, and uncertainty that can come with navigating disability supports. This lived experience, combined with her professional background, allows her to genuinely connect with families and provide support with empathy, understanding, and practical guidance.

Jess holds a Diploma of Children’s Services and has vast experience working across both education and the disability sector, in a hands on and administrative capacity. With her most recent experience was within a disability unit at a school, she has developed a strong understanding of child development, disability, and the importance of creating collaborative support networks that place the participant and their family at the centre of every decision.

Jess is passionate about advocating for children and families, ensuring they have access to the services, therapies, and opportunities they need to achieve meaningful outcomes. She understands that navigating the NDIS can often feel overwhelming, so she works closely with families to simplify the process, explain their options, coordinate supports, and advocate to ensure their voices are heard.

Taking a person-centred and strengths-based approach, Jess enjoys working collaboratively with participants, families, therapists, educators, and support providers to build strong, positive relationships that help children and young people thrive. She believes every participant is unique and deserves supports that reflect their individual goals, interests, and aspirations.

Known for her calm, approachable, and caring nature, Jess takes the time to genuinely get to know the people she supports. She values open communication, honesty, and trust, creating a supportive environment where families feel comfortable asking questions, exploring options, and making informed decisions with confidence.

Whether supporting a family through their first plan or helping coordinate complex supports, Jess is committed to walking alongside participants every step of the way, helping them overcome barriers, celebrate achievements, and build a future filled with opportunity.

Outside of work, Jess loves spending time with her husband, their gorgeous son, and their adorable dogs: Buddy the Border Collie, Aero the German Shephers and their adorable Puppy, Peaches, who keep the whole family entertained!

Whether they’re out exploring or enjoying a quiet day together, Jess treasures making memories with her family and brings that same warmth, patience, and compassion into her work every day.
